A well thought out Bellevue condo renovation
When it comes to renovating a condo there are many rules to follow in order to avoid penalties or difficulty selling down the road. We knew we would have to work closely within Strata rules so that our updates were well aligned. Another challenge would be the single elevator that was shared with the neighbours and that we would need frequent access to for the duration of the build.
Our outstanding team was mindful of the neighbours and kept noise and disturbances to a minimum. Diligent communication and relationship building with the condo management kept us on good terms and always operating within the rules. Upward was able to completely renovate the condo with grey custom cabinetry throughout, new hardwood floors, built-in Sonos system, and a glass tiled backsplash to compliment a large kitchen island with a built-in sub-zero fridge.
